Hytpoint is the product brand of ZipThru Ltd, a UK company based in west London. We started with controller charging packs because we were tired of flat controllers mid-game, then moved into tracker bands, including an armband for people who'd rather not wear a tracker on their wrist.
We check every product before it goes on sale. If something isn't right, you deal with us directly, not a faceless marketplace seller.

Delivery, returns & policies
How fast is delivery?
We dispatch from UK stock, usually within one working day. Most orders arrive in 2–3 working days, and you'll get tracking by email.
Can I return something?
Yes. You can cancel and return any order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Email us to start a return and we'll refund you within 14 days of getting the item back.
If a product is faulty, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply on top of this, and we'll repair, replace or refund it.
Where are the setup instructions?
Step-by-step guides are on our setup guides page. Products with a QR code on the box link straight to their guide.
Will it fit my controller or tracker?
Each product lists exactly which devices it fits. If you're unsure, email us your model and we'll confirm before you buy.
Is it the same product as on Amazon?
Yes. It's the same stock from the same warehouse. Bundles are the only items you can buy here and not on Amazon.
Privacy notice
ZipThru Ltd is the controller of the personal data you give us when you order or contact us. We use your name, address, email and order details to fulfil your order, provide support and meet our legal and tax obligations. Our lawful bases are performance of a contract and legal obligation.
Payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card details. We share delivery details with our fulfilment and courier partners only to deliver your order. We keep order records for six years for tax purposes.
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it where we're not required to keep it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Terms of sale
These terms apply to orders placed on hytpoint.com with ZipThru Ltd. Prices include VAT where applicable. A contract is formed when we email to confirm dispatch. Your statutory rights are not affected.
If we can't fulfil your order, we'll tell you and refund you in full. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
